It's a story of a conversion, really, and first steps into a life of service. But it's a long circuitous route getting there, including a rebellion from the ways of my mother, a determined effort to experience all that had been forbidden, numerous adventures in Mexico and hitch hiding across America, ever looking for the right occupation, finding the right life partner, reaching early goals only to find them empty, dealing with fears, early questing a life of purpose and finding that shaky too, and finally, in Mexico, alone with Anne and a book, God. Everything begins again from there. Full of adventure, bits of humor, revelations from the dark side and ultimately, inspiration.

This is the first of which will ultimately be a three-volume reflection, each from a different phase of life, each with its own meaning.
