Once again, we’ve come to Toledo, Oregon for our annual art-making hiatus. And once again, on the last day, we put the art up on the walls to take a picture. This time, however, we made a video. Click to enjoy it.
Upcoming
Next Friday, February 6, I’ll be speaking and painting (combined) at an event in Poway, California. All invited. See here for details.

Absolutely stunning, just like Anne! We love her smile :-) Saw a few pieces in there we would love to have! (Both) your work is stunning. Thank you so much for the tour – loved it! Cannot wait until you and Anne get to grace Strawhouse with your presence again, or until we get to visit with you down south (which might happen sooner rather than later hopefully, as we are hoping to get down there in March). Love to you both in Christ.

Dear Hyatt and Anne,
What a beautiful display of work! Both of you are so very talented. I just love it all…and the music in the background, too!
Thanks so much for sharing.
Blessings,

PS Don’t know if you remember who I am…my husband and I met you here in Oregon when you were staying at Michael and Judy’s studio.

All my southern rooted life, I heard the expression, “For heaven’s sake.” And your and Anne’s art is a most appropriate preface for it. The background choir music, the care with which you expressed your love for Anne and her work, the surprising twist on your paintings, the fine selection of videos and reading material…all prompt one more exclamation. Good Lord. Make your way safely back to Dana Point.
11:15 pm
My Iowa relatives will love your barns – so perfectly wonderful! have a safe trip home.

I love getting the tour of all that wonderful art you two are producing. It’s like having a museum tour. I especially like the famous ironing board and the cowboy boots. They look like dancing boots to me.
Safe travels home, Ginney
